Auditing (Manager/ Asst. Manager)

Description:

Responsible for overseeing internal operating controls, processes and practices. They may also recommend changes and enhancements to existing policies and controls to make sure they are current, adequate, functional and utilized in accordance with standards established by the government and the company.

Role & Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement auditing policies, procedures, and program.
  • Supervise or conduct independent audits of bank/company records and activities, and prepare varied analyses of the departments, and branches for management.
  • Investigate and determine causes of irregularities, and errors and define corrective actions.

Qualifications:

  • CA with 3-4 years of experience into Auditng.
Manager/ Asst. Manager- Direct Tax

Description:

Tax Manager is to lead and manage multiple operations of the tax practice area and to deliver quality tax services, that will increase firm’s reputation. You will serve as business advisor to our clients aiming at maximizing engagement and achieving qualitative outcomes.

Role & Responsibility:

Manage tax compliance, reporting, and filing work in a timely manner.

  • Establish appropriate system or processes for tax risk management.
  • Liaise with tax authorities and provide tax audit support.
  • Provide internal tax advisory services and support on business operation matters.

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of proven experience as a Tax Manager.
  • Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns.
  • Knowledge of tax related software.
  • M.A in Taxation/ CA.
Manager/ Asst. Manager- Indirect Tax

Description:

Ability to work additional hours to meet Indirect Tax process deadlines.
The Indirect Tax Analyst is primarily responsible for various aspects of the non-income tax functions including sales & use tax compliance.

Role & Responsibility:

  • Participate in planning, developing and implementing indirect tax (VAT or Value added Tax and Customs Duty etc) strategies to minimize taxes.
  • Assisting with business development initiatives, contributing to winning new work.
  • Supporting and overseeing indirect tax audits strategy and support.
  • Assist internal and external contacts on indirect tax related queries
  • Helping with audits or investigation by the tax authorities

Qualifications:

  • CA with 3-5 years of experience into Indirect taxation.
  • Excellent client facing & relationship building awareness
Accounting

Description:

The goal is to contribute to the overall efficient operation of the department and help the company be fully aware of its Client’s financial condition. This way it can make the right decisions and accomplish long term success.

Role & Responsibility:

  • Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analysing account information.

  • Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.
  • 
Produces payroll by initiating computer processing; printing checks, verifying finished product.
  • Completes external audit by analysing and scheduling general ledger accounts.

Qualifications:

  • B.Com/ M.com/ CA-Inter.
  • Knowledge of Tally is must.
  • Quickbooks would be an added advantage.
  • Jr. Accountant: 1-2 years of exp into Accounting.
  • Sr. Accountant: 3-5 years of exp.
